Mint Club – Return and Refund Policy

1. General Information
Mint Club offers a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
- Securely pack your item and include a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Please note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Mint Club is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is a result of our error.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to send a replacement product and cover any associated shipping fees.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
7. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items can only be returned or exchanged if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard policy.
